The latest issue of Popeye, released on September 9th, is a major feature on London for the first time in about 10 years. Actually, word has it that the inaugural issue of Popeye could have featured London instead of California. If that had happened, I wonder what kind of clothes we would be wearing and what kind of news we would be following today?
